I would like to register to attend the Distinguished Annual Congress, how can I do this?
You can register either on the website or by fax, e-mail, or telephone.
On the website please go to congress2015.cpsociety.org, and click “Register“.
To register by fax, please fax to +1 (888) 294-0429.
To e-mail your registration, please send the name of the delegate, job title, company address, e-mail address and telephone number to email@example.com

What is included in the Congress fee?
The Congress fee includes your place at the Congress, Congress materials (inc delegate list and access to speaker presentations), refreshments at times specified on the Congress programme, breakfast, lunch, and cocktail mixer.
Am I eligible to register as a Fellow or Associate of CPS?
To register for this fee you need to either a paid CPS Associate or Fellow member.
How can I make a hotel reservation?
We suggest that you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Please note that accommodation is not included in the Congress fee. Please call the Sheraton at 1-866-837-4263 to make your reservation. Ask for the Cameroon Professional Society rate of $69+Tax
I would like to confirm that my place is booked for the Congress?

I have registered for the conference but I can no longer attend, what can I do?
We suggest that you send a replacement to the Congress as we can change a name at no extra cost. If no one from your organization can attend, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations notified 14 days prior to the event will incur only an administration fee of $50
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event, the full rate must be paid and no refunds are available.
How can I send a replacement to the Congress?
A name change can be made at no additional cost. Please confirm the persons name, job title, address and e-mail address to email@example.com
When do I need to pay?
The Congress fee is to be paid before the conference takes place.
What is the dress code for the Congress?
Please wear business attire.
When I can get a copy of the delegate list?
The delegate list will be given to you on the day of the Congress.
When can I collect my name badge?
Your badge will be ready for you at the Congress Registration booth.
When will I be able to receive speaker presentations?
All the speaker presentations we receive will be put online after to the Congress within 10 days.
I need to obtain a Visa to attend the Congress, how can I do this?
You need to contact your local embassy of the country which you would like to visit, and they will be able to advise you how to obtain your visa. Or if you book through a travel agent they will be able to advise you.
I need a letter from CPS to include with my visa application, how can I get this?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org including your full name, address and nationality and we will be happy to send you a letter from CPS. Please note that you have to register for the Congress and have paid the Congress fee before we can send this letter.
